The country in Panama is promoting tourism- big time.. the road to use to get to the beaches is being updated and streamlined. 

If you plan to add more doors soon, a DSCR or small portfolio loan can streamline future refis, but rates run higher.

If there is a markup, the benefits to you should be clearly defined such as property management transition, tenant placement, financing facilitation or streamlined closing support but anything included should be weighed against cost.

We purchased it from the original owners who operated it for 17 years, using family members as staff.My plan was to mirror that operating model while streamlining processes where possible.

I wonder if a larger, more slick operation which I know would cost more on the front end would be worth it to streamline pricing, increase exposure and therefore occupancy.
