I made that mistake years ago with a girl who's a law student, signed the lease with her, collected the deposit, and the apartment will be ready in two weeks.

We saved and sweated to purchase these investments- not the girls in Salem.

Great guy who has been with us 6+ years & just doesn't seem to get it or care.His girl friend did his books a couple of years ago & it was always on time but since she went AWOL he's back to late fees.

My CPA wanted $100 an hour for this service but actually recommended the girl I use now.

I get my haircut by the same girl, every 3-4 weeks, she knows my name, knows exactly what to do.

I have 2 boys and 2 girls.The girls are ideal money mangers and completely suited to managing properties and tenants whereas the guys are poor money managers and different very skill sets. 

I have learned so much business sense, people skills and plain old world experience through my day job.First in my life, I am a husband and a father of two twin girls!

Consider this due diligenceMark you are posting this on every thread Brian has posted on.. the site frowns on copy and paste jobs.. you sound like a 17 year old high school girl.. get over it some deals just don't close..
