I don't see anything demonstrating a caliber and skill set of being able to run a venture of this magnitude.

Make it clear that you have cash available and demonstrate your proof of funds.  

@Brandon Rush I like what Allan said because it demonstrates the mindset of a market that may have moved from investing to speculating.  

That aside, if your partners can demonstrate in court your pricing was excessive that could be an issue for you.
