That is one thing you need to watch, how long is this market going to keep my property listed and how can I get it sold faster.

For rentals with tenants already in place, you want to market to buyers who value income continuity, not retail exposure.

However, do not expect this to be a comprehensive explanation.

I have around $130k in this project so far and am worried that I am going to have to take a huge loss on this project.
