I also think the migration patterns post covid aren't sustainable, so places with true appreciation like ID and MT may flatten out.

@George Kopp I have not seen anyone mention, or any consideration of alternative privacy options than blinds.There is some amazing items, for very cheap, that a person can find online now that is rather easy to apply to glass that can make it obscure, obscure with patterns, recreate stained glass that's obscure, prismatic to make some rather cool light affects.

Right now, I think the market is on a holding pattern from my understanding.

Underwriting rules have changed with "this covid thing" It may be a while before lending settles into a more stable and predictable pattern.

I know not all DIYers are like this, but there does seem to be a bit of a pattern to the type I described.

We do engineered wood, granite counters, marble tile in the bathrooms, custom tile backsplash, etc.

This has tons of great built-in features including pre-packaged "patterns" for just about everything you could want to draw related to a building design.  

Clearly there is a pattern with the BP community who have dealt with issue in the past.
