We are down off of peaks 2021/22 about 10-15% but still a good investment in my opinion.Gone are the days you could throw used furniture in an outdated house and make money. 

There tub/shower has dark blue accents squares throughout.Here are the questions:  (1)  Are the oak cabinets outdated, if so need paint ideas for cabinets and walls and determine if a backsplash helps or complicates things (2)  Color to paint fireplace that will compliment walls (3) Wall colors (4) Trim, front door, etc. 

Its hard to be hard work, commitment, and networking when it comes to this area.As far as the US census, do you find that much of this data is outdated?

I do think the CDC and Freerepublic links are far out dated (2004 and 1995), and the dogbite.org is literally an organization set out to abolish pit bull ownership.

@Andy Nathan got a definitive move out date for my current month to month renters.

This is muddying the waters for many would-be good value neighborhoods as there are many instances of outdated homes going for close to what fully renovated homes are going for.  

I'm tired of being treated that way from people who have outdated views on how things should be done. 

The first book, while the formula is now outdated because bonds don’t return 15–18%, it is still the better look at the concept of “enough” that a lot of books miss.

Just to save folks some time from here on out- I tried the list of data sources at the top thread, and most were either outdated, not relevant or had terrible reviews here on BP.
