The whole shelter in place is to try and squash this thing from lasting indefinitely.

Just like a lot of people, 2020 kicked me in the teeth and squashed my plans.

I don't want to pay a private investor or hard money lender a higher interest rate which would squash the agreed upon 0%.....so basically after the 50K initial deposit I would be financing approximately 80K at 0% interest and there are already tenants living there. 

Then, this man will have a second trust above that, maybe of 20 percent, and then when a smash comes, he gets squashed.

We have to squash the value ideas that are floating around, they are misleading and frankly wrong.

An attorney in FL would need to pass an opinion on the FRR as an encumbrance is squashed by the foreclosure.
