Does anyone in the Tulsa, OK area have experience with this platform that could give me a quick tutorial or provide guidance?

A lot of the tutorials and videos I watch talk about they need for $100 per unit on multi units, and 200 per unit on single-family rentals.

I'm currently reading some blog posts, articles and some of the tutorials. 

I've been reading up on what I can find for existing syndicates as well as scouring YouTube for tutorials and explanations on things like IRR, waterfalls, and splits.I have been investing and running my own money in the stock market for quite some time, so I am up on how to analyze a company to decide if it has potential as an investment.

I have had moderate personal success at waking up at 0500 and grinding through Udemy tutorials, or spending three hours a week working with a vocal trainer after I get home, or staying up all night to work on a website, or driving 2.5 hours on Saturday morning to Daytona to "intern" with my patient friend who renovates.

Tutor is an option I began exploring a month ago. 

I've been watching several YouTube tutorials and of course everyone talks about how easy it is, just like Alan did.  

There are tons of you tube tutorials out there.
