I'll leave that to their interpretation, or they could just ask, I suppose.I was going to put them on a 6 month lease to get to May (positioning it that this time of year isn't great to move, so once we get to May if everything is great we'll move to yearly to make things better for them).So far the non-smoking criteria hasn't been an issue.

From how I interpreted your post the market conditions actually help you deploy an exit strategy in the event things don't workout?

Most of the critics in regards to the amount in my opinion are not seeing the big picture as I interpreted it from the presentation at the seminar of what FB is saying you are getting.
