Neither of them I can protest because 1 of them I haven't yet closed on, and the PO didn't protest, and the other one I closed on it the day after they sent the notice of assessment to the PO....which he promptly trashed. 

This looked like a very small protest. 

Today, there is huge protests about the "Rent is too Damn High."

Is the area in demand enough where you can increase the rent without your tenants protesting?

In Cook County, Illinois, the courts do allow a protest after the tax buyer has started the process of acquiring the property.

Most were around 40-60%.Has anyone else had the same problem and would you be interested in a coordinated effort to protest the assessments?

I am obviously protesting these appraisals.
