Insane city assessment values!

Just got my re-assessment letters for 2016. Is it me or has the City of Milwaukee gone insane?

My LOWEST increase on a multifamily property was 25%. I had one at an 80% increase!!! Most were around 40-60%.

Has anyone else had the same problem and would you be interested in a coordinated effort to protest the assessments?

Ours went up too but we didn't let them in so I thought that's why.

What area was the one with an 80% increase? I'd say that's an area to target :)

Are you close with the Alderman in the areas you have properties in? I found they seem to be the best people to start with.  I'm always on board to help in any way that I cant though Nick.
