Watch out for the big common issues with a quote like rate, term, program, down payment, does is carry a PPP (Prepayment penalty) meaning cannot sell or refinance or you pay a 5% fee based on the loan amount.Be aware or Points, Origination fee's, Rate Discount points, turn time to close.
