The kitchen is small and there was previously no dishwasher.  

For repairs, he complains about the dish washer not working correctly and leaking from time to time.

Would appreciate some help.I will have to occupy 1 unit within the Duplex, however, I plan to do short-term rentals on the weekends for my unit.2017 & 2019 Renovations: New Flooring, dishwasher/fridge/ W&D, interior paint and New roof. 

during the walk thru he said they never use the dishwasher because it didn't work.
