Doubtful, but if neighbors complain?

There are a few guys here who post great content, doubt tagging them will work.

It creates doubt about what else might have been done incorrectly.So the rule of thumb I go by is simple.

I have not seen an appraisal with new construction but I doubt it will be that much higher.

Ok @Jason Eyerly, giving benefit of the doubt that your with a case of the "Fu_k-it's" from lifes azz-kicking last recent (I can relate, been there):First and foremost you need to get STRATEGIC.

I have my doubts about that.

With rising values the assessment makes sense but the assessment raises seemed exorbitant.That would be great but they need the money for next year so I doubt we'll get that.

:Jay, I don't doubt that lawyers have given advice; however, plenty of people have posted here on Bigger Pockets already where it will stay viewable forever.  

So, there may be a tendency to give them the benefit of the doubt because the impact of an eviction on them is more substantial than it is for the landlord. 

I sincerely doubt if they left and didn’t offer to pay any rent you’d let the property sit empty for 8 months until you weren’t “busy”.
