(Hot sure that's relevant or not....)What I'm looking for is a resource - printed preferably, as i'm not a big fan of sitting through video tutorials - that I can use to get things set up.

You can search Kunversion on Youtube for some basic tutorials...its quite incredible and no extra charge with eXp.  

You can fix most any problem with a video tutorial.

Anyone that got any type of loan over the last 10 years could have found a basic loan tutorial on the web with some fairly intuitive keywords to determine the ramifications of what he or she was getting into.

If you need help analyzing deals then I suggest you read this thread for a mini-tutorial.

Has any one know of any other Tutorials, sites, books, etc. with good solid info on real state investing?
