My first thought is that at least 15 people were in there.Maybe this a common practice (to pile as many bodies as possible) to share the cost or big extended family, especially given that the holiday rate was probably peak.If this is also common for smaller 2-BR/1-BR cabins, why not just get older cabins for 100k less since the renters aren’t going to take care of your property?
