You don't attack drowning students or say they are making excuses.

@Carlos Ptriawan  Usually I'm attacked when I say thing like this, but well yes I'll try to explain from the big picture and mini picture here and kind of mixed bag PoV okay ;-) lol.in big picture, back to basicfirst of all , the relationship between the borrower and the lender ; are never equal.

I just figure out what the best angle to attack the game is based on what the current rules are.

The best thing is to die of a heart attack at home and not some prolonged illness and need nursing home care which is super expensive in the USA.

Then if you had any issues (dog attack, prolonged stay, suspected second dog) you would have some information to help decide how to proceed, but it is too hard to enforce anything more.

I've been attacked personally and the intent in those posts is plain to see, but I consider those people weak and ignore them. 

I've personally seen projects at those numbers fail once the x factors attack: unreliable contracting, market decline, inventory overload. 

Further, there’s no reason to attack someone who points out that you’ve provided no proof of whatever point you’re making.
