I am no expert at it, but I have a CPA friend who just did this and told me it was well worth doing, and my CPA is telling me the same.

And, you cannot duplicate the years of experience and resources a team of experts already possesses.

WE still want to trust our instincts, lean on people that are experts in this arena, etc.  

I've never seen a claim for less than $30,000, but that's in my state.1/6 interest is a foot in the door, but not the whole enchilada.The real estate agent, wholesaler or investor must recognize when opportunities don't fit their criteria and are better off referring to a local expert with experience so you both make money.

I have attended plenty Padsplit events and talked to my Account Executive (AE) and some veterans from Padsplit (the real expert, not newer sales person), and some Padsplit investors who own them and love them.
