Please help me formulate a specific plan that will get me there.For example, I could obtain $100,000 by owning 20 units that each provide $5k in cash flow each year ($417 per month). 

Use Vinylsafe by Sherwin-Williams and communicate that the house was freshly painted with paint specially formulated for Vinyl. 

Soak up info and formulate a game plan.

Set your goals, formulate a plan, dedicate the time and most importantly TAKE ACTION (that was written on my BP book marks).

That will help you formulate a clear plan going forward.Both knowledge and cash are essential to successful investing.

You have to have an objective, formulate a plan, then execute.
