I built a much nicer website than what they had and used a booking engine called ResNexus (which is awesome, BTW) that allows you to set dynamic pricing.

That being said, we also have a full-time cleaning and QC manager who handles everything that comes with having over a dozen cleaners on the team.We use an app called Properly which allows you to give cleaners a visual checklist and requires them to take pictures of the work which are reviewed in real-time by Properly staff.

We did unscrew a board covering a gable vent opening on the front of the house and only had visual access from this vent opening, as it was too small and too high to safely enter the attic from this opening.

@Amber Saulsbury Relying solely on cap rates might not give you the full picture, as caps can be dynamic based on what you do with the asset upon acquisition and then at disposition.
