I log in and I'm taken to my "dashboard" On other sites I'd expect to see a menu with my messages, connection requests, activity, activity on form post, the posts that have commented on, etc.

It seems when I first began setting up my account, there was a link to upload a picture, but I now don't see that option available on the menu under profile options.
