I am new to Bigger Pockets Pro subscription and very interested in finding out @ little to no down programs, wewbinar, tutorial, coaching.

I use Podio, its free and theres a ton of free tutorials on youtube 

Watched your tutorial on keywords this morning and got it all set up.

This is an excellent (but complicated) model and has tutorials to accompany it.

Watching a few tutorials on RealEflow and it seems more user friendly, more organized and basically your one stop shop for marketing, making offers, doing estimates and also analyzing deals and your CRM. 

Some of the stuff they quoted four hours for took less than 1, including watching the YouTube tutorial. 

You really should just ask the tech support for your MLS, or see if they have some tutorials.
