I have been out of the BP community for quite some time and It was nice to see a subject post related to my industry.We were the first real estate brokerage to embrace and support short-term rental under the sharing economy in South Florida back in 2013 when Airbnb was getting hot and the business ecosystem surrounding Airbnb started to pop out.

I am biased because these areas fit my own investment plan, and I like investing in my own back yard, within the ecosystem of my trusted service providers......

That would be the wholesaler... an integral part of the REI ecosystem.
