Again, if someone did call and they are irate, because their client got a brochure or a mailing from us I’m not going- you can tell from the tone of voice, I’m not going to try and explain what we do, I’m just going to apologize and explain that we do send out thousands of those every couple of months or so and so I apologize about that.
