Yours is not so understandable to anyone but you since you are living it.You need to put together an easily readable spreadsheet that they can actually see all the numbers of all your assets and liabilities and cash flow.

Same goes with titles of blog posts when location is relevant to the post.Also you probably know this already but I sometimes hear from people who don't, so just in case, it should be readable in a normal way to a normal person, Google is very smart now and stuffing too many keywords into a title (or anything else) creates problems.

I feel like that could make my deals more like junk mail then readable content.If there are any buyers who would be willing to offer feedback on ways to ensure deals are relevant to their particular needs that would be great!
