Some of these events they might try to sell you into a mentoring program or try to sell you something else.

I made sure that I had the time to get into the program and then I went all in.

Some people use a FHA loan, others a USDA if they want to take advantage of the first time homebuyers programs.

And I think your on the right track where you can bring investors in to your program and help them spread risk and return.
