We've just started a project management company here in San Antonio for that specific purpose, because these renovation projects do require someone to check in on them consistently (read: daily) to make sure that things are progressing to time and standard.

I assume you own these free and clear.You really need to share the particulars for us to evaluate what you are doing but I'm going to do a little guessing.Doing a little math, you are probably into these for about $30K each and are renting them out at $550/mo or something like that, with $300 being cash flow.You really need to leverage.

In commercial property your NOI (which is your gross rent minus your expenses) is the main factor in evaluating the value of a property. you want high rents and low expenses, and in most cases the renovation of the building is what can make that possible.
