I have tons of friends who are physicians or dentists so I'd like to create a niche healthcare practice (that's the goal at least). 

So I was practicing analyzing deal on the mls  just for fun and I came across this property.

Quick overview, I received my license and started practicing 7 months ago here in San Diego, California.

This sounds like a standard commercial loan so resetting the interest rate every 5 years would be a common practice.  

Is it common practice to use the attorney referred by the buyer realtor to review the contract?

Seems to be kind of a niche practice, or we aren't asking the right people/questions.  

Adam Lysak You can definitely use your dental practice as a conduit to your real estate business.

Over coverage can be a heavy burden if it is the suggested route in all your spate business practices.

Is this a common practice?

My business is real estate, but on the securities side.My feedback to you is there are what feels like a million realtors in Bend already, the market swings high and low regularly so there are really big highs and really low lows......coming to Bend to start a secondary RE practice might be really difficult.
