Furnace or AC on full blast, all windows wide open, hot water tap running wide open for a month non stop etc.No you do not ever want the utilities paid for by the landlord and when buying a multi it is essential each unit have separate utilities.

The mortgage will stay where it is, between 5 to 6% , but it no longer a most factor.I've checked Zillow record, there're very wide gap of sold price, which means you do have strong opportunity to win big when market recover in 5 years.

@Salima Bekkat-berkani it's hard to give input on a quick dollar amount or % since insurance costs will range widely based on the location, age of property, your own insurance claim history, etc.
