Hello,I'm looking for BP's feedback on what type of tax professional(s) could fit my needs, so that I'm not paying for a professional with all kinds of certifications/education that don't make sense and don't add value for my circumstances.I have a couple buy and hold rental properties across TN and CT right now and plan to BRRRR my first property in 2019.

I only wholesale when something isn't a fit for me, but I don't know of any laws specifically against contract flipping / wholesaling as long as you only advertise your position in the contract and not the property when finding your buyer.

Make sure you have cash reserves aside from the HELOC, buy smart, make sure your numbers fit your criteria for CASHFLOW, and make sure you clear your lines ASAP if you do the interest only option.

Probably $150/sqft for a budget project (laminate countertops, vinyl floor etc), $175/sqft for middle of the road, and $200/sqft for a nicer rental unit.Back of the napkin calcs are not a good fit for development in my opinion.
