Hello everyone,The lines of communication are open and we have made progress with communication.  

This home is not in the path of progress or an appreciating market. 

Outside of the numbers, judging on a feel for the area, I cant seem to connect the dots on a "path of progress" standpoint. 

If you are new it might seem daunting but as you progress in your investing career you will see that money is easy...and actually finding a HOUSE is the hard step.

It'll at best be half finished or work in progress or at worse turn into a much bigger problem.you will get charged much more when someone else comes in to fix this.

Hi all,First time poster, apologize in advance for lack of terminology.My mother's house burned down this summer (June) and there has been little to no progress done since.The house didn't burn down to the ground, roof completely gone and the entire 2nd floor is gone as well including my mom and my sister's possessions, clothes, etc.There's a number of reasons why nothing has been done but I don't think it is worth getting into.

NYC is not the best backyard to start off so I wanted to see if anybody would like to join/help me on my journey and progress as well as find/ become a mentor to distill great wisdom on this young padawan.

There were times that a lot of progress was made at once then there would be dead times where it seemed nothing would happen for weeks.
