Property tax data is usually in the form <Owner Last Name> <Owner First Name> <Owner Middle Initial> ...  

The data must be easy to access and manipulate, and interop (exports, data exchange) should work well.

Tim, Data on population density, response rates, income per zip responses - this is not science.

There are very few pages with that ratio and the data there is usually outdated.

Can anyone give me any current active and sold data for residential in the Stinnett/Borger area in north Texas.  

As a real estate agent you should be generating leads, following up on those leads and assimilating data that you can offer to your clients to help them make their purchase painless.  

Company data is public knowledge and a personal check on somebody can also be performed without these numbers.
