@Michael Lee  - in 2019 AB 1482 essentially implemented rent control and just cause eviction laws for certain types of property statewide in CA.

Hi,I found a possible deal (currently off-market), seller has talked to an agent but I was looking to buy the property for all cash and implementing the BRRRR strategy.

The Casual REI Fridays one (I haven't found much info about them, except one of the creators is featured as a top student on the Land Academy website) I was quoted $2,500, that is a bit steep for me as well but I will pay for whatever gives me transparent education that I can truly implement and start making deals/getting results.I like that Land Academy has a monthly plan, but the Tipster course 1 time fee is doable as well.What is the best in you guys' opinions?
