I think most investors recognize the power of hard work so would encourage you to develop your own script and test it.

You can optimize via A/B split testing and other means but that comes once you have mailed thousands of letters, so you can see trends. 

They just make the paragraph vague and overly broad.I think they're testing you to see who is in charge.I encourage you to be in charge here.

Real estate partnerships have obviously been done before so there are tried and tested models you can follow.
