All units are individually metered.The goal is not to actually operate the ALF.

The answer is, the town/city/state make the rules.If you actually intend to live there, then sign the affidavit and get to it.

This shows a booming area.In reality the truth is somewhere in the middle of dwindling & booming.

I actually just finished Chad Carson's book about retiring early with real estate... and the one story in it where the investors lost everything in 2008 was with note investing, not real estate. 

Some have actually even done worse damage to the item they were sent to fix. 

There are a lot more details to this story, but in the end, although it may have actually needed around $40k in repairs, I still felt comfortable purchasing at $187k.

This proves that the threads exist but they're not being found by the actual BP search function.This issue has happened to me countless times and it's time for me to voice my frustration.
