While the neighborhoods and the buildings may be great to live in, the total lack of control does not fit me.

I'm just trying to think about this from a couple of different angles.

Construction is always needed somewhere, giving us the ability to choose to not work with clients we feel would be a bad fit.  

I am sure these are all methods that they would deem to fit under the clause but all of these are protected by much higher levels of law then just Assignments and Contract Law.

And since I"m not hawking my services on BP like you, I will make the perfectly logical assumption your skill set is not nearly what you claim it to be so we are indeed not a good fit for collaboration. 

I don't know all of the angles to it (sub 2), just the general concept.  

On the other hand, if the exchange is profitable enough and fits into your plans, then have at it. 

Keep the properties segregated with each agent and make sure your listing agreements fit this model.

That doesn't seem to fit in this case.

Its bad enough when they call at all hours, but being able to knock on your door whenever they see fit.. not fun.
