The unit was obviously overpriced but in a great neighborhood.After looking at it I requested info on the expenses the house.  

Any buyer requests would need to be buyer neutral so that the improvement is not so specific as to turn off a majority of buyers if the deal didn't happen.No legal advice given. 

You'll have to fill out a request form, pay a small fee, and within a week or two they will give you a written total of the fines and description of the violation.
