I started reading and one site indicated that the voucher standard is all your can charge for rent (that'll change over time, I assume) but another from Oakland City seemed to indicate that there aren't standards, and that the city just assesses what your property is worth and that's your rent...Is there an option to get a property priced for Section 8/Gov assistance just to know - without actually renting it that way?
