Low density single family homes consume huge amounts of land and are vastly more expensive to build and maintain (miles of road and utilities needed per household) compared to urban areas with midrise buildings.Milwaukee is working on this - they talk about the "missing middle" between a sea of SF and the downtown highrises.

I have also learned that while people often mean well, the vast majority of people are employees, not entrepreneurs.

Majority of sale fails the vast majority are because of home inspections not financing..

There are Master’s degree programs that specifically prepare you for this too if you don’t have the other backgrounds I mentioned above.If you want to buy and hold property for yourself like the vast majority of people on this site then you need a level head and a good financial situation, not a degree necessarily.

I was making the argument that for the vast majority, PM factoring is overrated. 

And I am willing to best the vast majority, in early 20's, would not find what they came into it expecting to find.

I think this is a vast oversimplification of labor/entrepreneurs and jobs.  

Excepting front office and traders (vast minority) the vast majority were told they will likely be returning to a 3 in, 2 out, or 2 in 3 out rotation when they do go back.

All this post will do is revel in the fact that the vast majority of humans prefer to be right instead of having their thoughts move closer to reality.

I left and am 99% sure I will not be moving back, even though the vast majority of my family still lives there.
