Can anyone recommend a professional (I'm assuming a CPA vs attorney, but would like guidance) to help with this process?  

I personally process owner direct deposits twice a month, the 15th and then again around the 20th for anyone that moved in late or late rents received.

It was incredible how the guy balked, refused to do the work I suggested he needed, and wanted to be spoonfed information one well-processed dollop at a time...when he couldn't get me to do his work for him.

It is better for them to get half the profits than no profits, and you gain invaluable experience as they take you through the process with them.DO NOT go half-cocked and mail without having an understanding of the legal requirements for your area for assignment contracts.

There is an on going income tax reduction proposal in congress.

There is some good equity sitting there as values have gone up considerably since it was purchased and renovated.We would like to avoid the full doc underwriting process if possible!

I may write a little article about the process once it's figured out to share data collected. 

Or does the process work by getting pre approved for a specific deal once it's in sight?
