Our house (assuming it goes through) sleeps 8 with wide water and mountain views.

They're likely to spread it far and wide no matter what claims them make about the importance of privacy about my e-mail.Second, the "free report" I get is unlikely to contain any useful information.

I do believe from what others said there underwriting can be quite stringent.along with reporting ( now this might just be their buy and hold product.)rates your talking about are about right for todays market 11 to 12% apr.. for private HML.. which is on the low side nation wide its higher back east.

A property in Allentown, may seem convenient in location, be really close to promising comps, and have good valuations, but only a local expert or someone from the Pittsburgh Area would know that you probably have the market area too wide. 

When an area the size of Hillsboro Oregon gets a 50 BILLION dollar influx that money is going to be  spread wide and deep.

You definitely need to spread your name far and wide and offer a good service at a good value and you will grow naturally!

I take it this is state wide agenda.. rent control does not really work.. you have it in SF  Berkley and other areas.. there are always work arounds.
