Also ask if they consider importing fill of that depth/volume to be 'grading' which could require a separate permit and a geotechnical engineer oversee the backfill to ensure that it is properly compacted.

Where in reality, it was confirmation bias and insidious algorithms that led those people to that post and motivated them to leave a comment, while those who don't feel that way would've never known about it.
