Hello BP members,I am in need of some advice on a property that I'm in the process of buying.

It works fine, but on another unit I have the tenants pay me electronically though BOA and its instant, instead of waiting the 5 days for the Cozy payment to process. 

They should be able to let you know right away how difficult that plan would be to get approved, and what the process would entail to seek approval.

High demand, little supply of available property for us to build on, and a permitting process that was to time consuming. 

The fact that they are fully furnished means we've got ongoing expenses replacing furnishings.

If you have a process you want in place, they can get on board, or go somewhere else....most people get on board.  

She wasn't available for the process so I made the offer in my name.

I am worried that it will me hard to process the loan.

Start a short roster of pre-vetted banks to immediately work with if you hit a “uhm-yah-about that...”It is more often than you think that when your loan actually processes thus actually vetted that all the sudden its oh- yah - actually - uhm - can’t do “x” or “y” or whatever you were building your plan around.

I understand that these people don't want to waste their time over "hypothetical" questions like "if I were to buy at X and do Y, how much can you finance for Z..." but I do feel it's important for me to understand the full process and get a clear picture of what to expect a few months from now when I try to refinance one of these properties.Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
