In a way, yes, I will be using VDP in the form of Microsoft's mail merge functionality.

You'll have to adjust down as the split level may have greater functionality of seperating living spaces and may be more desirable with equal size, IMO.

That said, we've got a ton of functionality and we do require modern equipment - so don't expect us to run well on old or cheap hardware.

As other have stated, remove the owner form occupying the basement and remove the stove so its not viewed by a  lender as a fully functional apartment.

Things to consider are which marketing sites they syndicate to, accounting functionality and if they have an attached marketplace for vendors.
