And personally as far as the liability I am assuming by helping others get into or out of homes they could not otherwise get into or out of; I can only hope that my intentions will be considered and that what I am doing will not be considered predatory by anyone for that is certainly not my intent, though I do hope to make a few bucks in the process.I go into this with my eyes wide open know that there will be others that will abuse this strategy and the buyers and lenders they deal with and could make it awful for all of us.And now I must say all of the above is "only my opinion" and I can only hope that helps me avoid the ridicule :-)
