It does mention that you may have to disclose that there was a pool and that it has only undergone a partial demo if you ever try to sell the property which may decrease the value of the home to certain buyers.

I’m torn between thinking I have to stay at this high stress/low paying job for 2 years just to meet that requirement or pursuing my career in brokering mortgages to kickstart and really ramp up my capital savings to obtain my house hack that much faster.

I understand that we had a mutual agreement to put blinds up in lieu of rent decrease to cover those costs early on in your lease, but it seems as though those blinds didn't stay with the property.We had to hire a cleaner to clean: the refrigerator (inside, on top of, and underneath), the inside of the oven, shelves in the kitchen cabinets, tile in the shower still had hairs on them, windows, and all of the hardwoods needed mopped.
