Building a Duplex/Triplex/Quadplex Rental
I love BRRRR as much as the next guy but does anyone have resources or experiences in building rentals? Any advice for getting started with location, land, designers, contractors, loans, etc? And what is timeline look like from the point of securing land to having cash flow. Pros and Cons?
