C, my multi-athlete boy who loves to do sports, any sports, all the time.

Not only do I want to know how the district performs in the classroom but I also want to know how their sport teams are doing.

It's a process but I am being helped by a local organization.  

Anyone can join the organization, but you can only mention CCIM if you have earned the designation.

This is a great organization to be a part of.

When in fact there is more people that think they want or need to do this than there are deals in most markets.. and that's buy a long shot.... there are only so many FSBO's out there the rest of real estate is transacted in the RE INDUSTRY by licensed individuals who do this for a living and a career.So if people want in the industry get in the industry.... if you want to buy and sell real estate then get your money together and go forth and do that.. but to do it with no money no credit and just trying to sucker people into crappy deals I see NO honor in that.. and I see it as a huge time suck and failure for the vast majority of people who are influenced by this romantic notion that this is the way to make big money.Sure some do it NO doubt.. but then again some become sports stars and some make it big in what ever business they choose.. the cream rises to the top.. but I submit the successful wholesaler who actually makes big money is far and few between and would succeed at almost any business the tried..

Good for you for thinking big.I am trying to get organized to buy an investment property, (currently have the home I live in, and one other), and I am finding that the biggest obstacle is navigating financing.

Most turn key companies employ their services as some point.. a few of the top dogs do not as they have grown organically over the years have opened offices in CA and create all the buyers they can handle in house.And actually some of the marketing companies struggle at times to find TK companies that will bring them inventory as they find their own buyers and do not have to cut the pie as it were and or add another level of communications etc.

I find it's riddled with grammatical and punctuation errors, the information in the chapters is not at all logically organized, and sometimes concepts (which are not common knowledge) are just casually thrown into a paragraph without further elaboration, which is confusing and hinders my understanding.
