My worry would be that the tenant pool is much smaller and that it would go vacant for extended periods of time.Also, I would be sure to take a very detailed look at the CC&Rs to make sure that you are able to rent.

Its been over 2 months and we've still never received this revised appraisal report.Our financing window closed while we've been waiting for the updated appraisal and the seller did not want to extend as they had extended many times already waiting on this bank.
