Looking to create a Mastermind group for newbie STR&LTR investors

Hello everyone, I'm hoping to create a Mastermind group for newbie investors like myself that would meet weekly or bi-weekly. Me and my husband have one STR but looking to extend our portfolio with more (STR or LTR). We are in Washington DC area but open to invest and collaborate with ppl who interested to invest in other states. Let me know if that sounds interesting enough to try.

    Great idea! I have always found more success grouping together with like-minded individuals who are looking to raise the bar.

    Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.
